you dropship?
We can dropship any of our items directly to your
customers doorstep. There will be NO information included with your shipment
indicating its origin. The return address will be simply, The Fulfilment Center.

you charge a fee for dropshipping my merchandise?
Yes, we charge a nominal $3.00 per order dropship fee.
This helps cover the cost of boxes, packaging material, tape and warehouse help
to fill orders quickly and correctly.
How do I handle customer complaints or
returns?
Your customers assume that they purchased their merchandise
directly from you (or your company) when they made their purchase. When
addressing your customer's requests or concerns, be sure to reply to them
promptly (within 24-48 hours) and reassure them that their concerns will be
addressed quickly and efficiently.
Products are warrantied for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We will repair or replace after inspection.
We handle returns via the RMA system and you or your customer is responsible for getting the product back to us.
How
can I pay for my merchandise? What types of payments do you accept?
You can pay for your merchandise directly from your

account, or you can use your Visa™, Mastercard™, Discover™ or American Express™
credit card/debit card. In order to ensure prompt shipment of your customers
merchandise once it has been ordered by you, we must receive prompt payment.
Using PayPal or a major credit card enables
us to do so. We do not accept payment by personal check or money order due to
the fact that we prefer your orders be shipped to your customer as quickly as
possible. By using ,PayPal transactions can
be conducted in a much more efficient manner. There is no lag time while we wait
for your check or money order to clear. If you do not already have a PayPal
account, we strongly encourage you sign up now. Besides being the easiest and
cheapest way to purchase on the web, PayPal also has many features that can
benefit you: NOTE: E-Check payments will take up to 4 business days to clear.

printable order receipt.
STEP 3
Dropshippedproducts.com will receive your dropship order, process it
immediately and ship the order. In order to service our customers better as well as yours, we are now shipping with Fulfillment Center and our warehouse return address in Southern California on your return label. This ensures that you receive proper credit if the merchandise needs to be returned or is refused for any reason. The merchandise will be returned to our warehouse and the proper information will be forwarded to you.
The customer assumes the order came from your warehouse and is unaware of
your product source. No one will know that Dropshippedproducts.com was
ever involved in the transaction!
Our entire inventory is available for you to use in whatever way you wish
when selling our products. All pictures and/or descriptions may be copied
directly from our web site as long as you use us as the supplier for that
product once a sale is made. This makes online posting even easier!
We try in every way possible to keep a sufficient stock of our products,
however there may be times when we run out of stock on a particular item. If
this situation arises, we can usually have a shipment to us within a few
days. You won't be waiting weeks or even months before you see a particular
item return to stock. We don't carry an over abundance of merchandise simply
